In 2000, Raymond Smith and Robert Reddick of Contech Building Systems, Inc. joined forces to create Premier Building Associates, LLC. Together, they have more than thirty years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, along with a strong background in structural requirements. Their goal was to provide the highest standards of design and fabrication. Since then, they have earned a reputation for providing superior quality craftsmanship and strong business values.

Many of Premier’s projects can be seen while enjoying a boat ride on the beautiful St. Lawrence River in the Clayton and Alexandria Bay areas. Projects have ranged from the conversion of the former ice house on Manhatten Island into a quaint cottage, to the building of an exquisite modern day “castle” in the former location of the Peacock family boathouse on Wellesley Island. Premier has even worked on restorations of historic Boldt and Singer Castles.
